Setup Office 365 email on a Blackberry

System Requirements:  Blackberry 10 or higher.

1. From the home screen, tap Settings

   

2. Tap Accounts

   

3. On the Add Account screen, tap the Advanced icon

   

4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

   

5. On the next screen, enter the following settings then press Next:

Description: Set this to Acadia or Office 365
Domain: Leave this option blank

Username:
Faculty and Staff (including Retirees):  firstname.lastname@acadiau.ca
Students (including Alumni): username@acadiau.ca
Grad Students (including Alumni):  username@acadiau.ca, unless you opted to use your graduate email alias to also send email, in which case your username would then be your alias, firstnamelastname@acadiau.ca

Email Address: Same as your username

Password:  Your Acadia password
Server Address:  outlook.office365.com
Port:  443
Use SSL:  On
Use VPN:  Off

5. Select which items you wish to sync and press Done.
