Overview

Instructions on how to access a shared mailbox in Outlook on the web.

Log into https://portal.office.com with your own email address and network password
Click on the Outlook icon to open your email.
Click on your picture in the top, right corner to open up the options.
Click on Open Another Mailbox... and then enter the email address of the shared mailbox. This will open another tab with the shared mailbox.
