Adding Shared Mailbox to Outlook (Web-based client)

Overview

Instructions on how to access a shared mailbox in Outlook on the web.

Instructions 

  • Log into  https://portal.office.com with your own email address and network password
  • Click on the Outlook icon to open your email.
  • Click on your picture in the top, right corner to open up the options.
  • Click on Open Another Mailbox... and then enter the email address of the shared mailbox.  This will open another tab with the shared mailbox.
