Windows 10 Wifi Diagnostics Information

The following article will describe how to collect information from your Windows 10 Computer, that is needed for diagnosing your Wifi issues.
Please follow these instructions under the advisement of a Technology Service staff.

Download and Run the Command Script:

1. Download the Attached Wlan_Diag.cmd command script.
2. Locate the downloaded File using File Explorer.
3. Right-Click the Wlan_Diag.cmd File and select "Run As Administrator" from the context menu
4. If Prompted by Microsoft Defender Smart Screen about an unrecognized app click "More Info" and then click "Run Anyway"
   
   
    
5. If Prompted by a User Account Control Window, you will need to allow the program to make changes.
6. The Diagnostic Script will begin collecting information:
   
   
    
7. When the script completes some instructional information will be displayed. This screen will confirm that the diagnostic package is saved as C:\Wlan_Diag.zip
   
   
    
8. Once you "Press any key" the script Window will close and your browser will navigate to the Hub Service Portal where you can upload the Wlan_Diag.zip package to your existing Service Request.
