If something in your room or a common area (like a hallway, lounge, or bathroom) needs to be fixed—but it’s not an emergency—you can submit a maintenance request online. If this is an emergency, contact Safety and Security at 902-585-1103.

  1. Go to the Residence Portal.
  2. Log in using your Acadia credentials.
  3. Click on “Maintenance Request”.
  4. Fill out the form with:
    • Your name and room number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • The location (e.g., your room, common area, bathroom)
  5. Submit the request.
