If your parent or guardian works at Acadia, you may qualify for a tuition waiver. Complete the appropriate form, get all required signatures, and submit it to Student Accounts each term.

If your parent or guardian works at Acadia University, you may be eligible for a tuition discount or waiver as their dependent.

✅ How to Apply

1. Download the correct form:

   • Dependent Tuition Waiver Form or Staff Tuition Waiver Form
   • Available on the Human Resources website 

2. Complete the form:

   • Must be signed by:
     • The Acadia staff member
     • The dependent student (you)
     • Human Resources (HR)

3. Submit the form:

   • Once fully signed, submit it to the Student Accounts Office.
   • Forms are only processed for the term you apply for.

4. Important deadline:

   • For Fall term, forms must be received before December 15 to be included in that year’s income tax documents.
