If you’ve been away from Acadia for more than 12 months, you’ll need to reapply before you can register for courses again.
📝 Steps to return
- Reapply online through the Acadia admissions portal.
- Include the following with your application:
- Official transcripts from any academic work completed while you were away.
- An updated resume outlining your recent experience.

- Official transcript: A certified record of your academic history from another institution.
- Resume: A summary of your education, work experience, and other relevant activities.
- Reapply: Submit a new application to return to your studies after a break of more than one year.

- If you’ve been away for less than 12 months, you may not need to reapply — contact the Registrar’s Office to confirm your status.
- Returning students may also need to update their program plan or meet with an academic advisor.
