Understand who is allowed to request or pick up a graduate’s official parchment and what permissions are required.

Only the graduate can request their parchment (degree).

However, the graduate can give written permission for someone else (like a parent or guardian) to pick it up on their behalf.

To do this:

• ✉️ The graduate must email registrar@acadiau.ca from their Acadia email address 
• 🪪 The person picking it up must bring photo ID and sign for it
