Need a place for your club's event? Learn how to book a space for free, including the contact information you'll need.

If your club is registered with the Acadia Students’ Union (ASU), you can book a space for free!

To reserve a room, you need to send an email to asucampusengagment@acadiau.ca with the following details:

• The name of the room you want to book

• The date(s) and time of your event

• The name of your student group or club

• Any equipment you might need

• Students’ Union Building (The SUB): This is the main hub for student life on campus. It's home to the ASU offices, various student services, and a number of bookable spaces for clubs and events.

• Registered Club: A student club that has gone through the official registration process with the ASU to gain access to benefits like free space bookings and funding.
