Paid tutoring is available for most courses offered at Acadia University, especially those without free help centres. Commonly supported subjects include:

• 📊 Business & Accounting (e.g. BUSI 1013 – Financial Accounting I)

• 🧪 Chemistry & Biochemistry

• 📐 Math & Statistics

• 🧬 Biology

• 💻 Computer Science

• 🌍 Languages (French, German, Spanish, ESL)

• 📚 English, History, Philosophy, Sociology

• 🧠 Psychology

• 🌋 Geology & Environmental Science

• ⚙️ Engineering & Physics

To request a tutor:

1. 📧 Email tutoring@acadiau.ca

2. 📝 Include:

   • Your name

   • Your student number

   • The course name and number (e.g. BUSI 1013)

   • The professor’s name

3. 📄 You’ll be asked to review and sign a Tutoring Agreement Form (PDF) before starting
