How to setup a virtual private network (VPN) for Acadia

Use the following articles to learn how to set up a virtual private network (VPN) connection to securely connect to Acadia's resources from off campus.  A virtual private network (VPN) enables users to send and receive data across outside networks as if their computer was connected on campus to Acadia's network.  Some services at Acadia are only accessible from off campus when connected through VPN.

To install the VPN:
Instructions for installing the VPN depend on which operating system you are running.  Please select the operating system you are using and follow the instructions to install the VPN:

Your Acadia password is required to view the following articles.

Windows (PC)
Mac (Apple)
Linux (Unix)
Android
IOS

 

To Use:
Simply run the VPN program and connect using your Acadia username and password. Once connected use your computing device as you would on Acadia's local network.
