Overview
- How to: Set up Outlook mail on an iOS device
- Task: This article will help you set up the Outlook app on your iPad or iPhone so that you can use email and calendar functions on your iOS device
- Special notes:
- The built-in Mail app on iOS devices often does not work with Office 365 accounts so it is recommended that all iOS users install Microsoft's application.
System Requirements:
- iPad and iPhone with iOS 18 or later
Instructions
1) Download Outlook (if you don't already have it)
If you need to download the Outlook for iOS app, you can use the following QR Code:
Or download the iOS app from the app store.
2) Launch and set up Outlook

Open the Outlook app on your iOS device.

Select Add Account

Enter your email address and follow the prompts to authenticate the account.
3) If setting up another email account
- Open the Outlook app on your iOS device.

At the top of the app, tap the Outlook button next to Inbox, and then select Settings
.

Select Accounts, then Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts

Tap Email Account, and then enter your email address (see format listed above) and follow the prompts to authenticate the account.
Outcome
You can now access and obtain your Acadia email on your Apple device.
