I am a current student. How do I apply for scholarships? 💠 When can I apply for bursaries and awards? 💠 Where do I find the scholarship application for current students?

Each fall, Acadia’s Scholarships & Financial Aid Office sends an email to all current students (Canadian and international) with information about how to apply for scholarships, awards, and bursaries for the next academic year.

There are two deadlines each year:

  • Fall deadline – for funding awarded by December 31

  • Winter deadline – for funding awarded by March 31

👉 Make sure to check your Acadia email for full details and links to the application when it's available.

Some scholarships and bursaries may require a separate application. If you are eligible, you’ll be contacted by email with instructions. You’re also encouraged to check with your academic department or school to see if they have additional awards that need their own application.

Most scholarships are awarded once per year, but some can be renewed for more than one year.
