Only some scholarships at Acadia are renewable. This means:

  • If your scholarship is renewable, you may be able to receive it again each year—usually for up to four years or until you finish your first undergraduate degree.

  • If your scholarship is not renewable, you will only receive it for one year.

👉 Bursaries and awards are not renewable—they are one-time funding only.

If you have a renewable scholarship and don’t meet the renewal requirements (like the GPA or full-time course load), the Scholarships & Financial Aid Office will email you in early summer to let you know it will not be renewed.

If you're unsure whether your scholarship is renewable, check your original scholarship offer letter or email financialaid@acadiau.ca for help.
