If you see something in your residence that needs immediate repair and could affect safety or building security, it’s considered an emergency maintenance issue. These issues should be reported right away.

2. Explain the Problem Clearly

   • Give your name and location (e.g. residence and room number).
   • Describe the issue and why it’s urgent.

🔧 Examples of Emergency Maintenance Issues

• A malfunctioning front door lock on the residence building
• Flooding or serious plumbing issues
• Problems with the fire sprinkler system
• Elevator entrapment
• Broken window glass
• Anything that poses a risk to safety or building security
