If you have approved testing accommodations, you can schedule your tests and exams through the Accommodate Portal.
✅ Steps to Schedule a Test or Exam
- Log in to the Accommodate Portal
- Go to the “Test Request” section.
- Submit your request at least 7 days before your scheduled test or exam.
⏳ Why 7 days?
This gives our team time to book a room and assign a proctor for your test.
🗒️ Important Notes
- If you have a class right after your test, let us know in the “Any additional information?” section. You can also request to start early to use your extra time.
- At the end of the form, check “Send me a receipt of my response” so you have a record of your submission.
- Requests submitted with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be scheduled.
- If your test time changes, please contact us right away.
👀 Tracking Your Requests
- You can view your test requests in the portal:
- Pending Booking Requests = We’re still confirming your room.
- Approved Booking Requests = Your room and time are confirmed.

- Proctor: A person who supervises your test to ensure academic integrity and provide support if needed.
