All student information at Acadia is confidential and protected. If you want to allow someone else (like a parent or guardian) to access your records, you’ll need to complete a  Release of Information Permission Form.

📝 How to give permission

• Submit the form online through the Acadia Service Hub:

• The form will remain in effect until:

  • You revoke it, or
  • You graduate from Acadia

📌 Important notes

• Your Acadia Network Account must be active to submit the form.
• You can update or cancel the permission at any time.

📘 Helpful Definitions

• Confidential information: Includes your grades, registration status, financial account, and other personal academic records.
• Release of Information: A formal process that allows you to give someone else access to your student records.
• Acadia Network Account: Your official student login used to access Acadia systems like the Hub, email, and Moodle.
