Yes! The Acadia Students’ Union (ASU) offers a free, confidential legal aid service to all full-time students. This service is part of the I.M. Well program and is designed to provide you with expert legal advice for various issues you might face. 

This service includes: 

  • A free, half-hour consultation with a lawyer. This is available once per person, per issue, per year. 

  • Advice on a range of legal topics, including landlord disputes, criminal law, family matters, and more. 

  • A 25% discount on any ongoing legal services you may need after the initial consultation.
