After that, complete the Outbound Exchange Application Form, available on the MANDATORY FORMS & ACTIONS webpage
You’ll need to:

Choose your top three host institutions

Confirm eligibility with your academic advisor

Submit a Letter of Support from a referee

Upload required documents through the Status Portal
Once submitted, you’ll be notified of your application status and next steps.
