If your student ID card is lost or stolen, take action right away to protect your access and identity:

๐ข Visit the Safety & Security operations desk in Room 519 of the Studentsโ Union Building (SUB)

๐ณ A replacement card will be issued for a $15 fee

๐ Your lost card will be deactivated immediately to prevent unauthorized access to buildings, meal plans, or Axe Cash accounts
If your card was damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. faded photo or broken magnetic stripe), you may be eligible for a free replacement.
Tip: If you find your original card after receiving a replacement, return the old one to Safety & Security โ it remains university property.
