Only final grades appear on your transcript — with one exception:

• 📅 If you’re in a full-year course (section ends in “0”), a December grade may appear temporarily
• 📝 This grade is replaced by your final grade once it’s submitted

📌 Note: Mid-term grades for single-term courses do not appear on transcripts.

📘 Helpful Definitions:

• Transcript: Your official academic record.
• Full-Year Course: A course that runs from September to April (section ends in “0”).
