To get your Acadia student ID card, follow these steps:

🏫 Step 1: Visit the Safety & Security Office

  • Location: Upper level of the Students’ Union Building (SUB)

  • This is the only place on campus where ID cards are issued — do not go to the Access Control Office directly

📸 Step 2: Upload your ID photo

  • Use a light, solid background (white or off-white)

  • Face the camera directly — no side profiles, hats, or sunglasses

  • Save your photo as a JPG/JPEG and upload it via the

  • You’ll need proof of registration and government-issued photo ID

💳 Step 4: Pick up your card

  • Once your photo is approved, your card will be printed and ready for pickup

  • If your card is lost or damaged, replacements cost $15
