📋 Steps to follow: 

1. Complete the Letter of Permission Request Form 

2. Submit the form to your academic unit head/director (School of Engineering) 

3. If approved, your academic unit will forward it to the Registrar’s Office 

4. Ensure you have a zero balance or have made arrangements with Student Accounts 

✅ The Letter of Permission guarantees your course will transfer back to Acadia and lets the host institution know you’re approved to study there.
