Live Chat Session

Description:

This service is used to Live Chat with Technology Services - Service Desk Consultants. 

The Live Chat is monitored during regular working hours:

  • Summer/Holiday Hours: 
    • Monday to Friday 8:30 am -4:30 pm
  • Fall/Winter Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday 8:00 am -8:00 pm 
    • Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Sunday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

After hours, the chat is registered within the Ticketing System. A Service Desk consultant will follow up with the request during regular working hours.  

Who can access this service?

All Acadia Faculty, Staff and Students can utilize the Live Chat. You will be required to log in with you Acadia user name (email address) and password.

Why would I access this service?

This service provides a link to live chat support provided by a Service Desk Consultant.   

How do I access this Service?

To start a session, select Chat Live.

Minimum Requirements:

All Faculty, Staff and Students have access.

Cost:

There is no charge associated with the service.
