Technology Services

The Technology Services team provides a wide range of services in support of Acadia’s mission. In many ways technology is visible and in many more ways it is not. Supporting students, faculty and staff is our primary concern.

Registrar's Office

Welcome to the Registrar’s Office. During these unprecedented times, the primary and preferred means for responding to inquiries and issuance of documents is electronic. As we are experiencing significant volumes of requests, there may be a delay in response time and we apologize for this inconvenience.

While every effort is being made to meet your needs as quickly as possible, please expect the following processing times:
Verification of Enrolment – 7 business days.
Transcripts Requests – 7 business days.
Letter of Permissions – 7 business days (if course assessment is not required).
Identity/Name Changes – 7 business days.
Replacement Diplomas – 4 weeks.

Requests for in-person service are by appointment only. Please email to arrange an appointment.
Hours of Operation: 8:30 to 4:30, M-F. Lunch hour closure: 12:00 to 1:00.

Student Accounts

The Student Accounts office is responsible for the collection of the following student related fees and charges: Campus Store, Student Organization Fees, Continuing Education, Telecommunications, Library, Tuition, Room and Board and Technology Services.

Financial Services

Services offered by Financial Services include purchasing, invoice payments, cash deposits, budgets, printing services, treasury, tax, financial analyst and research accounting.
