Students can request information, report an error or request duplicates for past year student taxation documents. The receipts we can provide a response to are the T2202 Tuition receipt and the T4a scholarship, bursary and awards receipt. We are unable to provide information about employee T4 earnings receipts.
Please note, there is a 10-business day turnaround for retrieving past-year documents. We will require your permission to release duplicates electronically.
