This Service is used to request Everbridge support.
Who can access this service?
Accessible to: Acadia faculty, staff, and campus community members wishing to obtain information about campus closures/emergencies
Why would I access this service?
Access this service to obtain support, for example:
- Cannot access the members portal located here.
- Cannot update/change contact information
How do I access this service?
Click the "Request Service" button and submit your information. A support representative will update your ticket with further processing instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
- You must be an Acadia employee, student, or guest with an existing Acadia email address account, or
- You must be an Acadia community member with an existing Everbridge User ID and a password that you created, or
- You have requested access and received a registration email from the Department of Safety & Security.
