How to Apply

Download the correct form:

Complete the form:
- Must be signed by:
- The Acadia staff member
- The dependent student (you)
- Human Resources (HR)

Submit the form:
- Once fully signed, submit it to the Student Accounts Office.
- Forms are only processed for the term you apply for.

Important deadline:
- For Fall term, forms must be received before December 15 to be included in that yearβs income tax documents.

If you're an Assistant Varsity Coach, tuition waivers are available through the Department of Varsity Athletics. Contact them directly for the appropriate form.
