Yes — Acadia offers a wide variety of group fitness classes led by certified instructors. Classes are held in the Fitness Studio and Spin Room, and include:

  • 🧘 Yoga & Pilates

  • 💪 Full Body Pump, RIP, Core, HIIT, Step

  • 🚴 Spin (held in Squash Courts 3 & 4)

  • 🕺 Belly Dance

  • 🏋️ Total Body Conditioning

Classes are open to all fitness levels and run throughout the week.

  • HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training — alternating bursts of intense activity with short recovery periods

  • RIP: A barbell-based strength class using body bars, weights, and steps

  • Spin: Indoor cycling with adjustable resistance and guided intervals
