Life gets busy — and your tutors understand that! Still, it’s important to respect their time. Here’s what you need to know when cancelling or rescheduling a session:

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • ⏰ Provide at least 3 hours’ notice to your tutor

  • 💬 Contact them directly via email or your agreed communication method

  • 📄 No fee applies if you cancel with proper notice

If you cancel with less than 3 hours’ notice (without emergency documentation):

  • 💸 You must reimburse your tutor $10

If you miss your session without cancelling:

  • 💸 You must reimburse your tutor $15

If payment isn’t made within one week:

  • 🚫 You’ll be blocked from using the Acadia Tutoring Service until the amount is paid

  • 📧 Your tutor will notify the Tutoring Services Coordinator
