Your work term report or presentation will be graded by a faculty member from your academic department.

Here’s how it works:

🎓 Discipline-specific evaluation

  • A professor or instructor from your field of study will review your submission

  • They’ll assess how well you’ve reflected on your experience and connected it to your academic learning

  • You’ll receive feedback and a Pass/Fail grade for the Co-op course

✅ Your Co-op Coordinator will guide you through the submission process and let you know who your evaluator will be.

📘 Helpful Definitions:

  • Faculty member: A professor or instructor affiliated with your academic department

  • Discipline: Your major or area of study (e.g., Biology, Business, Computer Science)

  • Pass/Fail grade: A binary grade that reflects successful completion of Co-op requirements

📝 Special Notes:

  • If you’re completing an 8-month work term, you’ll submit two sets of assignments, each evaluated separately

  • Your faculty evaluator may offer suggestions to help you improve future submissions

  • International students should confirm how academic evaluation aligns with transcript and visa reporting requirements
