Remote Support session (Bomgar)

Start a remote support session with Technology Services (using Bomgar). This product allows the Service Desk staff to remotely assist you with your issue on your devices. The Bomgar product is the replacement to our Teamviewer service starting August 1st, 2017. 

Please Note: This is currently an unmonitored service and is only recommended to be used under the direction of Service Desk staff.
