Connecting in a Hybrid Classroom

Step 1 – Connecting Your Device

When connecting in a Hybrid Classroom you must use the USB-C connection. USC Type C

This will connect you to the:

  • Display
  • Room Speaker
  • Room Mics
  • Camera

Step 2 – Selecting Display Output


Select Display Output:

  • Windows: Press Win + P and choose "Duplicate" or "Extend."
  • Mac: Go to System Settings > Displays and select "Mirror" or "Extend."
  • On other devices, check the display settings.

Selecting Audio Output:

  • Windows:
    1. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Sound settings" or "Playback devices."
    2. Under "Output", select Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speaker Phone.
  • Mac:
    1. Go to System Settings > Sound (or System Preferences > Sound on older versions).
    2. Under "Output", select the Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speaker Phone option.
When the Audio Video system senses a video output from your device it will automatically select the active input, power on the display(projector), and turn on all other needed equipment

  • Audio Device: Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speaker Phone
  • Speakers: Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speaker Phone
  • Microphone: Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speaker Phone
