Verification/Confirmation of Enrolment

To receive a Verification of Enrolment for:

RESP's, banking purposes, family health plans, etc.

Ordering a Verification of Enrolment (VOE) Letter via MyCreds™

Visit MyAcadia and log into your Self-Service account. After you request the electronic VOE, you'll receive an invitation to login to MyCreds™ so you can easily share your VOE with others (ie. banks, family health/medical plans, RESP) once the payment fee is done via MyCreds™.

If you no longer have access to MyAcadia to order your VOE through Acadia Self-Service, please submit your request via email to:

registrar@acadiau.ca

Please include the following:

  • Name (including former names used)
  • Personal email address
  • Date of birth
  • Acadia Student Number (if known)

When your request is processed, you will receive an email from MyCreds™ with account setup instructions. Please do not attempt to set up your account until you receive this email. Once your account is active, you will be able to login and easily share your Verification of Enrolment with others. A fee of $15 plus tax is paid by credit card on the MyCreds™ website.
