By completing this Release of Information Permission Form, you can approve the release of certain information to others. The Release of Information will be in effect at Acadia from the Effective Date you provide until you graduate, or indicate otherwise.
Updating or Cancelling Release of Information

Under sections 26(b) and 27(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, by completing this request I hereby grant permission to Acadia University to release the specified information to the person(s) named on the request.
