What is the HUB?
The HUB Service Portal is a collection of help (knowledge base) articles and requests (services) available 24x7.
FIND ANSWERS. Search the categorized collection of articles designed to help with answering questions and finding solutions. Watch a Using the Knowledge Base video.
REQUEST ASSISTANCE. Search the catalogue for particular Service Requests. The Services are based on the same categories as the Knowledge Base and will let you place a request. It will ask specific information based on the type of request. Watch videos on Using the Service Catalogue or Submitting a request.
SEARCH. Using key words, search for a list of Knowledge Base Articles and/or Services. This is located in the upper right corner.
