Acadia University offers several free, online mental health tools to support your well-being — anytime, anywhere. These services are available in addition to on-campus counselling and support.

  • Acadia students have access to five online mental health services through HealthyMindsNS. These tools offer support for stress, anxiety, sleep, and more.

  • Offers 24/7/365 access to professional counselling, information, and referrals

  • safe, anonymous, peer-to-peer support community
  • Moderated by registered mental health professionals
  • Free for all youth and young adults aged 16–29 in Nova Scotia
  • Togetherall's online peer-to-peer community is clinically moderated by registered mental health practitioners, and offers students a safe and anonymous place to express their thoughts, concerns and triumphs 24/7
