🚫 Ordering documents
- Only you — the student — can request official documents like:
- Transcripts
- Verification of Enrolment (VoE) letters
- Other academic records
- Third-party requests are not accepted.
✅ Picking up documents
Someone else (like a parent or guardian) can pick up your documents if:
- You include their name in the “Designate for pick up” section when submitting your VoE request at hub.acadiau.ca. OR
- You send written permission from your Acadia email address authorizing them to collect the document.
