  • Only you — the student — can request official documents like:
    • Transcripts
    • Verification of Enrolment (VoE) letters
    • Other academic records
  • Third-party requests are not accepted.

Someone else (like a parent or guardian) can pick up your documents if:

  • You include their name in the “Designate for pick up” section when submitting your VoE request at hub.acadiau.ca. OR
  • You send written permission from your Acadia email address authorizing them to collect the document.
