If your club is registered with the Acadia Students’ Union (ASU), you can book a space for free!

To reserve a room, you need to send an email to asucampusengagment@acadiau.ca with the following details:

  • The name of the room you want to book

  • The date(s) and time of your event

  • The name of your student group or club

  • Any equipment you might need
