You can book campus spaces for events, meetings, or activities — and it’s free of charge.

Here’s how to do it:

🏫 For general campus spaces (classrooms, lecture halls, etc.):

  • Contact the Reservations Office directly

  • Or complete the online booking form available through Acadia’s internal systems

🎉 For rooms in the Student Union Building (SUB):

  • Submit a request through the ASU SUB Reservation Form here

✅ Be sure to include your event details, preferred dates/times, and any setup needs.

📘 Helpful Definitions:

  • Reservations Office: The team that manages campus-wide room bookings

  • ASU (Acadia Students’ Union): The student-led organization that oversees SUB bookings

  • SUB (Student Union Building): A central space for student events, meetings, and activities

📝 Special Notes:

  • Book early — popular spaces fill up quickly, especially during midterms and finals

  • Some events may require additional approvals (e.g., food service, AV setup, external guests)

  • International students and student leaders should confirm if additional documentation is needed for public events
