How to prevent team site members from editing sharepoint pages

Overview

  • By following these instructions, you'll be able to stop team members from editing pages in your sharepoint library.

Outcome 

Once complete, users will not be able to edit the page associated with the sharepoint site.  They will no longer see the edit button in the top right corner.
