Overview

In some cases, it is preferred to use a wired internet connection rather than connecting to the internet via WiFi (wireless). There are network jacks located around campus to enable you to connect this way. 

This article contains an overview of how to connect to a campus network jack.

Connection Steps   

1. Register your device's MAC address using the MAC Address Registration Form.  
2. A support representative will update your ticket with further processing instructions. This request typically takes 24 hours to be completed.
3. Once you have registration confirmation, you are now able to connect and use a wired ethernet cable for internet access.

Please note: MAC address registration expires annually on April 30th.  This must be completed each year. ​​​​​​​
