You can scan documents, business cards, or whiteboards using your mobile OneDrive app. This feature allows you to scan a several page document and automatically save it to your OneDrive or files for later use. It's like having a scanner in your pocket. Capture the whiteboard, documents and more. You can even sign documents directly on your phone.
One Drive App
Setup:
- Download and install the Microsoft OneDrive on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device from the appropriate App Store.
- Open the app
- Log in using your Acadia email address and network password
- Give it the necessary permission to access your photos and camera.
Use:
- Aim your device's camera at the printed document you wish to scan.
- Turn the flash on or off, or set to automatic.
- Choose the format that best matches the item you're scanning--whiteboard, document, business card, or photo.
- Position your device so the border frames it and then snap the picture. Add pages as required.
- Press Done, when complete.
- Save the file to the appropriate location.

The Office App
