Microsoft 365 Apps ensures that you have access to the latest features and capabilities, with always up to date versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more. You have access to both the desktop and the cloud version. You can work and collaborate on files in either place.
Microsoft 365 Appsgives you access to the full suite of Microsoft Office apps available at office.com, introducing new productivity tools and improving your ability to collaborate with other members of the university community.
Available across multiple devices
Microsoft 365 Appsallows you to create and edit documents in Word, OneNote, PowerPoint and Excel across multiple devices. You can use a browser, the specific app or check out the Office App.
Office 365 for Personal Use
The Education program allows eligbile Acadia University faculty, staff and students to download and install the latest Microsoft Office software on up to five computers, at no cost. This includes full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other titles. Microsoft Office is available for both Windows and Mac computers as well as through the Microsoft app on your Apple or Android device.

Microsoft 365 Apps allows you to collaborate with others in and outside of the university community, in real time.
Security and Privacy
Microsoft 365 Apps ensures that security updates are automatically introduced to you as they become available. Realtime collaboration ensures that documents are stored rather than sent through email. And, those documents are encrypted and stored in a secure datacentre.
