Overview

By following these instructions, you’ll be able to locate your Colleague ID. 

This article contains:

• Colleague ID definition
• Instructions to access your Colleague ID

Prerequisites: To access your Colleague ID you must have a network username and password. 

Colleague ID definition

• Your Colleague ID is often referred to as a Student ID or an Employee ID
• Your Colleague ID is your primary ID. 
• It is a 7 numeric digit identifier (i.e. 0123456)
• This is not necessarily the same as the User ID/Username that you use to access various campus systems or your Alternate ID.

Instructions 

1. In your favourite web browser, go to http://myacadia.acadiau.ca/. 
2. Select Self Service and login using your Acadia username and password.
3. Select User Options > User Profile 
4. Locate your Colleague ID under your avatar and name.

Outcome 

Once you have completed this task, you will be able to log into Self Service, and locate your Colleague ID.
