The information that Acadia collects during your time as a student is confidential and cannot be released without your permission. By completing this Release of Information Permission Form, you can approve the release of certain information to others.

Please complete this form if you wish to withdraw from an Open Acadia online course. If you are withdrawing from a Fall or Winter remote delivery course, please withdraw through Acadia Central.

Verification/Confirmation of Enrolment requests can be made using Self Service.

If you require a Verification/Confirmation of Enrolment for external scholarships or bursaries, sponsorships, or student loans, please email student.accounts@acadiau.ca.

Although we do our best to process requests as quickly as possible, during peak periods expect a processing time of up to 7 business days.

Students withdrawing from Acadia must do so by completing this Notice of Withdrawal. Students ceasing studies without notification are ineligible for fee adjustments. For more information about withdrawal fee implications, please go here.
