Hub Categories (Located at top of site)

The Hub features an easy to use, customizable web space. The following is an explanation of each feature.

When you log in to the Hub, you will be presented with your own customizable home page. By clicking "Edit Content" at the top of the page, you can customize how data is presented to you. You can choose a layout and the information presented by using many of the available categories. For example, you can choose a triple pane set up that will display popular knowledge base articles, favorite services, and your submitted ticket requests.

If you are part of an ongoing Acadia project and wish to work on or check the status of a project, you can do so from here.

In the Services section, you will see a list of services available for request. You can browse through the list categories or use the search option located at the top of the website. Popular and recent services that you have used can be found on the right side of the page.

To request a particular service, simply click on the "Request Service" button. Selecting the appropriate, specific service for your request—rather than sending a general inquiry—will help ensure that your request is seen and addressed by the appropriate staff members more quickly. If you cannot find the service you are looking for, you may create your own request from within Services section. Click Services at the top this page then select an appropriate department section. From within this department section you can start your own custom request by clicking the "Service request or incident report" links. The Service section also provides the ability to view, comment, or cancel your ongoing requests. Please see the following article for more information of this topic: Submitting, Viewing, Commenting and Cancelling Tickets (
